What it costs
The price depends on how many children you are applying for the supplement for.

Every further sheet costs less than the one before. A set never costs more than 19,90 €, however extensive it becomes. It is a one-off payment — no subscription, no account.
Hand it in at Familienkasse yourself
Take the application to the responsible Familienkasse or send it there by post. You can find which Familienkasse is responsible through the office finder of the Bundesagentur für Arbeit: www.arbeitsagentur.de/familienkasse-dienststellensuche — enter your postcode there. The application is not sent from here.
