Withdrawal instructions

Who these instructions apply to

These instructions apply if you buy as a consumer — that is, for purposes that are mainly outside your trade or your self-employed professional activity.

If you buy a trade notification for your own business, you are as a rule buying as a business. In that case there is no statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Antragscenter, owner Ercan Ayyildiz, Am Hüttenhof 7, 50170 Kerpen, info@antragscenter.de) by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form attached, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal period it is enough for you to send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to repay you all payments we have received from you, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the notice of your withdrawal from this contract reached us. For that repayment we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged any fees because of this repayment.

Early lapse of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal lapses if we have begun to perform the contract after you have

expressly consented to us beginning to perform the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and

confirmed your awareness that by consenting you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins,

and we have provided you with a confirmation under § 312f(3) of the German Civil Code.

What that means for us in practice

Before the purchase you tick three boxes. The third reads:

“I would like you to start work immediately after payment. I am aware that once the set is ready I can no longer withdraw from the purchase.”

That tick is the express consent and at the same time the confirmation of your awareness. It is not pre-ticked; you tick it yourself. Without that tick you cannot buy — the set is produced only after payment, and we cannot hold it back for fourteen days.

Once the set has been produced and made available to you, the service has been performed in full and your right of withdrawal has lapsed. Until then — that is, between the buy button and the confirmed payment — it continues to exist.
