Antragscenter is a form-filling service. It is not a legal service and not tax advice. There is therefore no chamber membership, no professional indemnity insurance of a chambered profession and no special professional supervision.
For trade law purposes the responsible body is the trade office (Gewerbeamt) at the place of business: Kolpingstadt Kerpen, Jahnplatz 1, 50171 Kerpen.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

A derived database has arisen from both. The Open Database License requires such a database to be passed on under the same licence. It is therefore available for download.
